Job description
1. to assist General Manager and DPA in managing, tracking and instructing vessel safe sailing
2. to follow up loading, unloading, stowage planning, weather, etc.
3. to obtain some flag-state certificates
4. to liaise with maritime authorities and class society associations
5. to arrange company internal audit and ship internal audit
6. to follow up rules and regulations of flag-state, class society associations, IMO, PSC, USCG, AMSA, Rightship, etc

Qualifications
Undergraduate of navigation major, holding captain’s certificate and at least 5 years’ working on board, at least 5 years’ managerial experience on shore, English level at Grade 6 or above, preferable to holding certificate(s) for CSO and/or internal auditor, experienced on safety management in big companies home and abroad.
Other requirements
Experienced and practiced on breakbulk cargo operation and instruction
